Craig Reich

President/Owner

Craig Reich was born and raised in Baltimore and still resides there today. He believes strongly in doing business where you live!

Craig has been buying homes throughout the area since 2004 and has helped thousands of sellers in that time. Craig and his company, CR of Maryland, pride themselves on the reputation they have built for being honest, for being fair, and for being the local home-buying experts in the area.

Craig’s passion for real estate and helping others has allowed him to create a service-oriented company that assists people in selling their home. CR of Maryland can help sellers find a fair way to sell their home easily, no matter how simple or complex their situation can be.

Alexander Cruz

Director of Acquisitions

Alexander Cruz is a Baltimore native who brings a commitment to excellence and a high level of competitive energy to real estate. Alexander began his real estate career in 2011 upon graduating from West Virginia University and is now the Director of Sales for CR of Maryland, LLC and a top producer in Baltimore County. His devotion to the profession leads him to personally ensure clients receive the highest level of satisfaction and customer service.

Alexander brings a diverse background and experience that enables him to work well with first time home buyers as well as those who have purchased and sold homes before. Outside of the office Alexander is an avid Baltimore sports fan and has a passion for cars and politics.

Abby Lohr

Director of Operations

Abby is a Baltimore native who spent 6 years living in Texas and Arkansas after graduating from Towson University in 2010. She has experience working in property management, social services, and nonprofits. When not at work, Abby enjoys spending time with her toddler and their dog, reading, and checking out new restaurants with friends.

Maria Dietle

Property Manager

Maria is a Property Management professional with over eight years of experience. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and achieved her Master’s Degree in Marketing from Strayer University in D.C. Her professional background includes marketing, sales, accounting, and property management. She lives in Baltimore with her husband and three boys. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, shoe shopping, and taking care of rescued cats.

Jeff Braaten

Property Manager

The “Big Norwegian” was born and raised in New England. After being presented with an opportunity to work for a custom home builder, Jeff decided to move to PA and has lived there since. Jeff is a 4th Generation Master Carpenter that loves creating stunning work. His vast scope of knowledge in all trades from carpentry to cabinetry, framing to drywall, & electrical to plumbing makes him well rounded in the building industry and translates into delivering homes renovated to the highest degree of quality. For the last 27 years, Jeff’s passion has led to his stunning renovations of homes throughout New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. For the last 7 years he has been the owner and operator of his own company. Jeff’s integrity and service minded approach makes him a valuable team-player.
In his spare time, Jeff likes nothing more than hanging out and cooking for his 4 wonderful children- they hold his heart! If the kids are not around, you will most likely find Jeff enjoying the outdoors or working. He truly has a passion for what he does.

Rachael Jefferson

Office Manager

Born and raised in Maryland. Went to Westminster high school and graduated 2010. Working toward my accounting degree currently at CCBC. Started working in service in the car industry and moved up to the accounting office, where I decided I finally fit in. Have been doing accounts payable for 5 years and will continue to learn and grow. In my free time I like doing puzzles, being outside when it’s warm and dog sitting.

Ed Hullet

Acquisitions Agent

Ed is apart of our Acquisitions team, and has worked at CR of Maryland for 4 years. He has a daughter named Amelia, who is almost 1. He lives a very active lifestyle and enjoys spending his free time at the gym. He also loves going uptown for a nice cold drink!

Margaret Chua

Turnkey Sales Specialist

Born and raised in the Philippines, Margaret started her Baltimore journey in January 2008. She is proud to bring to the team over 14 years of exceptional sales and managerial skills. She is very passionate, hardworking, and committed to giving the ultimate customer service experience to her clients. In her spare time Margaret loves cooking, reading, outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with her family.

Lauren Stuart

Property Analyst

After graduating from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Lauren moved back home to Baltimore to start her career. She has worked as an Interior Designer in Baltimore & as a construction estimator for a property management company.  Her passion for helping people turn their house into a home with design goes hand in hand with the Property Analyst role of finding & purchasing homes for CR of Maryland to renovate & sell. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family, cooking/ baking & working on renovating her own home.

TJ Barber

Leasing Agent

TJ was born and raised in Bowie, MD. He graduated from Stevenson University in 2012 where he began his career in residential real estate. He has serviced clients all over the Maryland and DC area. TJ is now proud to be back in Baltimore as the Leasing Specialist for CR of Maryland. His experience and dedication to the community allow him to bring a caring and welcoming attitude to the position.

Kassandra Santos

Transaction Coordinator

Kassandra was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland but is proud to mention her Honduran roots. She worked in Human Resources for 2 years and realized how much she enjoyed helping others. At CR of Maryland, she is given the opportunity to help and work with people from her very own community. Making dreams come true is one of her biggest passions, and what better profession than Real Estate to make that a possibility! When she is not working she loves being outdoors. You will find her adventuring through life while hiking , traveling, and capturing these moments with her photography.

Alissa Bandarenko

Marketing Coordinator

Alissa was born and raised in Carroll County, MD. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. She enjoys volunteering for nonprofits, and helping others. In her free time she loves going to the beach, concerts, traveling, and hanging out with her friends.

Brandon Bullock

Client Services Coordinator

Brandon graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Political Science. He worked on political advertising campaigns post graduation. After a brief foray into advertising sales his competitive nature and people skills led him to CR of Maryland, where he thrives in his role as a member of the acquisitions team. Brandon has 3 boys- Aiden, Camden, and Rowan. He enjoys coaching his son’s little league baseball team and taking them camping. He loves Baltimore sports teams, rock concerts, crabs, and enjoying a cold beer in the summertime.

Peter Fitzpatrick

Maintenance Supervisor

Pete has been a Maryland native since his family moved here from Scottsdale when he was 3 years old.  “Pete” found his passion for construction when he was 19 and entered the field with a custom pool builder.  From there he moved to commercial maintenance and professional holiday setups.  Pete enjoys the outdoors, playing in a band, his black lab ‘Shea,’ and ice hockey(Let’s Go Pens!)

Tia Degaitas

Construction Assistant

Tia is a Rhode Island native who moved to Maryland in December 2020. She graduated Boston University with a BA in psychology. When she is not working she loves exploring Maryland. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, travelling and the beach.

Sara Warner

Construction Assistant

Sara was born in New Hampshire and raised in Westminster, MD. She graduated from Frostburg State University, and has approximately 15 years in the construction / remodeling industry.  She has experience managing commercial and residential projects. Her passion is the great outdoors. If she’s not in the mountains chasing waterfalls and sunsets, you will find her chopping wood and relaxing by the fire. She has her motorcycle license and plans to own her own Harley Davidson one day. She is the head coach of a fast pitch softball team, on which her two daughters play on. She finds great joy in seeing young people grow and excel, especially her own.

Jasmine Jackson

Administrative Assistant

I was  born and raised in Baltimore, I have studied business management as well as cosmetology. I also enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals. When I’m not working I enjoy spending  time with friends and family or hanging with my fur-baby!

Calvin Turner

Project Manager

Born and raised in Westminster MD, Calvin attended Carroll Community and UMD. While a student, he also took courses to serve the community as a volunteer firefighter & EMT. Calvin’s previous experience in kitchen and bath remodeling & management; in conjunction with customer relations/store management; is what has set the foundation for quality home renovations delivered on time. Calvin is a big Baltimore Ravens fan, and in his free time likes to travel with the team to away games. In addition, he also loves to be outdoors with his golden retriever, work on projects around his house, and spend time with family including his niece and twin nephews

Brian Bond

Project Manager

Brian was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and graduated from Towson University. To kick off his construction career, he started off in the paint industry. Later on, he moved to home improvement sales to be involved with projects themselves. He now lives in Parkville with his Fiance and 2 dogs- Rusty and Zoey. In his free time he likes working on his own home projects, and golfing.

Doug was born and raised in Cockeysville, MD. He graduated from Carver Center for the Arts, with a major in carpentry. He lives in Harford County with his fiancé Christine, and their three boys Austin, Nathan, and Liam. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and mountain biking.

Moises David Segovia has been working in construction for over 10 years, from Residential, Commercial and Industrial Construction. He has his license as a Journeyman Carpenter from the Carpenters Union and did 3 years in the Electrical Apprenticeship. He also got a certification from CCBC as a Associate Professional in Human Resource and is currently in college finishing his degree in Business. He was born in Houston, TX and raised in MD. He enjoys every single minute with his kids and wife and loves all outdoors activities. In the summer time you can find him with his Camper RV either in the woods camping, or in a lake fishing with his family.

Kyra Shelton

Assistant Property Manager

Kyra is a native to Baltimore, but grew up in York, PA. She graduated from Coppin State University where she studied Business Management and Dance. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, and dancing with her daughter.

Tavon Brayboy

Maintenance Technician

Tavon Brayboy, a Baltimore native, has been in the maintenance field for over 5 years. He brings experience and a unique skillset to the CR of Maryland team.  Tavon’s skills include advanced appliance knowledge, plumbing background, and concrete experience.  All of these skills make Tavon a great asset to the company.  When he is not working, Tavon enjoys spending time with his daughter, cheering on the Ravens, and playing videogames.

Kimberly Cessna

Maintenance Technician

Kimberly is a 4th generation Baltimore City native. She recently graduated from north American trade school with a trade in industrial maintenance. Her love for trades comes from an early age of 7 when she would help her father with all of his miscellaneous projects around the house. Her love is now shared with her family in her spare time.
